The National Chemical Emergency Centre (NCEC) supports over 400 customers with telephone emergency response, many globally, some regional and some local. These customers rely on us providing advice to both their employees and end-user customers 24/7/365, often in the callers own language to protect the risks associated with their products in the supply chain.
In this role we are the first part of your organisation’s crisis management (CM) process or business continuity plan (BCP), providing tailored advice and support to your emergency contacts, who can then formulate the appropriate actions for your organisation to take.
