This course compliments our course – crisis leadership in industry. It provides delegates with a deeper understanding of how organisations in crisis manage stakeholders.

Method of delivery is over one day in a classroom setting; with a mix of presentations, facilitated discussion and scenario exercises. The course is delivered by trainers with hands-on crisis management and crisis communications experience.

Scenario exercises follow each presentation in order to illustrate key areas of learning and allow delegates to experience crisis communications in a safe, low-pressure environment. The scenario builds in time over the day, in three stages.

Attendees develop understanding and skills around stakeholder management, with several practical exercises throughout the course. They return to their organisations able to deliver value immediately.

This course is intended for managers or consultants who have responsibility for emergency and crisis management; or those leaders who are nominated as leaders or facilitators of crisis teams. In addition, those who represent communications on the crisis team, or those responsible for corporate communications and other stakeholder management functions.
