From our wealth of experience in safety data sheet management, we understand that there is now the need to manage a wider range of chemical and health and safety documents.  With this is mind, we have developed a range ChemeDox® products with a built in search facility to give you fast and easy access to your chemical safety documents.

ChemeDox® provides you with a secure website from which to access your SDS information.  NCEC builds the SDS database; you use the website to quickly find the information you need.  It’s up to you to update your own Safety Data Sheets as you see fit, and to set up your own alerts that can trigger email reminders about changes.

 

 

ChemeDox® Silver gives you the additional functionality to add further chemical documents such as COSHH assessments, certificates, risk assessments and link them to specific Safety Data Sheets.  After NCEC builds your initial inventory of Safety Data Sheets, you can update all the documents yourself. Alerts can also be created that will trigger an email reminder. You can also access ‘custom keys’*.

 

 

All the functionality of ChemeDox® Silver with the added benefit that NCEC maintains your entire Safety Data Sheet library.  We keep contact with your suppliers to check that we are hosting the most up to date Safety Data Sheets.  You can choose to receive e-mail alerts, helping you keep up to date.  This can also be used to review your COSHH assessments.  You are in control of your other documents so they would still need to be updated by you.

 

*What are Custom Keys?

Custom Keys are searchable fields that allow you to index your own documents according to your own criteria.  For example, if your company has more than one site, you could have a custom key for each site.  When searching for documents, you can then refine your search to one or more of your sites/custom keys.
