Head of Emergency Response

Emma is responsible for ensuring that all the telephony and IT systems used to deliver NCEC’s emergency response service are operational year-round, providing customers with a robust service 24/7. A key element of Emma’s role is to ensure our response systems remain resilient regardless of any unforeseen circumstances, safeguarding service continuity and delivering excellence to customers. Before joining NCEC in 2010, Emma worked extensively in the management of helpline services.
