Hazmat event

15-16 May 2019, Crowne Plaza, Stratford-upon-Avon

NCEC’s Hazmat conferences are now well established in the calendar as the must go event for Hazmat Professionals.

Hazmat is an essential opportunity for Hazmat specialists to share experiences and knowledge with like-minded professionals working in the hazmat and chemical incident industry. The event draws upon the knowledge and experience of a range of hazmat professionals and industry leaders, as well as that of NCEC’s own emergency responders and experts.

Hazmat brings together a varied range of expert speakers for delegates to benefit from presentations and practical, hands on workshops all in a friendly and welcoming environment.  The programme includes parallel presentation sessions enabling delegates to select the most relevant presentations for them.  Networking is a strong part of the event with many opportunities for delegates to get to know each other including our optional popular pre-conference barbeque and the conference dinner.

Registration closes on 26 April 2019, book your place now.

Half-day workshop is back for 2019!

14 May 2019, 1:00-5:00pm
20 delegate places only

During this workshop, one of our crisis management consultants, Chris Scott who is an ex-military and a specialist in human intelligence (HUMIT) will work with you to support you in developing an understanding of a range of emotional responses to major incidents, both how the emotional response informs and changes perceptions and decision makings during the incident itself, along with its long-term impacts and the effects of stress.
