Welcome to the summary of our 2018 customer survey responses you provided in May 2018.

Our relationship with our customers is the cornerstone to what we do at the NCEC and so it follows that our annual customer survey is invaluable. It helps us to understand not only how we are performing in regards to our service delivery and areas for us to improve based on your needs, but is also key in shaping the services and products you want from us into the future.

Jon Gibbard, NCEC Director said 'Our customers are at the centre of everything we do and it is great to see you’ve indicated some good progress in a number of areas. I am lucky to have a very special team here who continue to strive to provide you with the premium and value added services you’d expect. They are also driven to look for opportunities to continuously improve what we do and to that end we are investing further in the business to ensure we stay at the cutting-edge across the different services we offer.'

This summarises where we are in regard to customer satisfaction and what constitutes value to you in what we do. It also looks at what we’re developing and doing over the next 12-18 months with links to details and registrations to webinars.
