From 5 January 2021, any article containing a substance of very high concern (SVHC) which is being placed on the EU market, will need to be declared to ECHA; including all complex objects (products) where the product is made from more than one article. This information will need to be entered into the Substances of Concern In articles as such or in complex objects (Products) (SCIP) database.
